Add registration to your WordPress site

WordPress gives you full control — which means the embed just works, as long as you paste it in the right place. Here's how to add registration without a plugin.

  1. Copy your embed snippet

    Copy the embed snippet from your EZ Event Registration event or registration page.

  2. Allow your WordPress domain

    Add your site's domain to the allowed-embed-domains list in EZ Event Registration.

  3. Add a Custom HTML block

    In the block editor, add a 'Custom HTML' block on the page and paste the snippet into it.

  4. Update the page

    Update/publish the page. Avoid pasting into the visual (rich text) editor, which can strip the script.

WordPress notes

  • Use the Custom HTML block specifically — the classic visual editor may remove the script tag.
  • A code-snippet plugin works too if you prefer managing embeds centrally.
